At Olive Berry, we are committed to providing quality products and ensuring customer satisfaction. If you have purchased the wrong size or model, you may return the item within 7 days from the date of delivery, subject to the conditions below.

Return Conditions

• Returns are only accepted for wrong size or wrong model purchases.
• The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.
• Innerwear products can only be returned if the size is incorrect and the packaging remains unopened and intact. If the package has been opened or broken, the return will not be accepted.

Refund Policy

• Refunds are not available at this time. Instead, customers may choose an exchange.
